Art Walk

The Findlay Art Walk will be held this Friday Evening, May 1, 2009 from 5-9pm. This event includes many of the stores along Main Street in downtown Findlay with two featured stops:

The Findlay Art League will be holding a juried show in the gallery at 117 West Crawford Street from 5-9pm with awards at 7pm. The Jones Building will have open artists' studios from 5-9pm.

We recommend these tips for your foot care during the Art Walk:

-Wear comfortable shoes appropriate for this activity. You should wear walking shoes to move around down town. Avoid flip flops and high heels since there is a good deal of walking associated with this event.

-Wear absorbent, cotton socks which will help reduce the amount of moisture immediately against your feet.

-Take a break if needed. Find a place to sit and rest your feet.
