Spring Weight Loss Series


Since spring is a great time to begin a new exercise program as the weather is a natural encouragement to spend time and be active, our Findlay Foot Facts blog will play host to a Spring Weight Loss Series of posts. These posts are intended to inform and encourage our patients in their weight loss goals. One of the best things that a patient can do for their overall health as well as their footcare is to maintain a healthy weight and to exercise regularly. We strongly encourage you to follow out blog for tips, advise, and encouragement.
