Shoes and Your Feet
The shoes that you chose to wear are very important for the health of your feet. You should wear shoes that not only fit your feet correctly, but also fit the activity you are participating in. If you are running, you should purchase and use shoes designed to support that activity. If you are dancing, you should purchase shoes that are comfortable, supportive, and stylish. Many problems stem from improper fitting shoes, so be sure to insist on having a qualified shoe sales person check your fit in the store. And you should dispose of warn out shoes. Shoes that are misshapen or missing components no longer provide the support you need. They should be disposed of. But that does free up room in your closet for a new pair, and buying new shoes can be fun.
